Best time to visit Muktinath is February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November & December.
Jomsom, being one of the untouched areas of Nepal is in the bucket list of many voyagers for its religous as well as tourism value. Although few tourists can actually visit Muktinath due to the weather contrain, it is the most demanded place to be explored in Nepal so tourists who can visit the place consider them to be very fortunate. There are limited flights operated from Pokhara operated early morning only beacuse of the climatic challenges during day time. So, for the travelers wishing to visit Muktinath, we suggest you to book the package at least 1 month prior because of limited flights. Special permit i.e ACAP is required to visit Muktinath.

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival - Overnight in Kathmandu
Your Arrival Time - Nepal Trip Planner Representative will come to pick up from the Airport and transfer to your Hotel. Welcome drink will be served during Check-In.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing & Drive to Pokhara - Overnight in Pokhara
After Breakfast (08:00AM): Visit Pashupatinath Temple & Swayambhunath Stupa
10:00AM: Drive to Pokhara en route Manakamana temple (Wish Fulfilling Goddess) via cable car.
Optional: Everest Mountain Flight at 06:30AM
Day 03: Fly to Jomsom (2700 m) & Drive to Muktinath Temple (3800 m) - Overnight in Jomsom
Early Morning: Fly to Jomsom - 25 minutes.
Arrive at Jomsom Airport and walk to hotel - 5 minutes from Airport
- After short break - walk to jeep stand (10-15mins) and drive to Muktinath (20 kms - 2-3 hrs). On the way you can enjoy see the scenery of nature beauty places, Gorge of Gandaki river, Monastery & Kagbeni.
- Arrive at Ranipauwa (3710 m) and walk to Muktinath temple (40 min) where you will have holy bath on 108 waterspouts name of "Muktidhara" and in front of temple there is 2 kunda known as Muktikunda. After darshan, walk to Jwalamai Temple - continuously burning flame and walk back to Ranipauwa.
- Drive back to Jomsom by Jeep.
Day 04: Fly back to Pokhara & Pokhara Sightseeing - Overnight in Pokhara
Early Morning: Fly back to Pokhara.
After Short Break: Visit Davis falls(Patale Chango), Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave & Seti River Gorge & Gurkha Museum.
Afternoon: Visit Taal Barahi Temple and boating in Fewa Lake on own, walking distance from hotel.
Day 05: Drive back to Kathmandu - Overnight in Kathmandu
After Breakfast(09:00AM): Drive back to Kathmandu. Evening free for shopping
Day 06: Transfer to Airport
Flight Time: You will be free till your flight time. We will drop you to Kathmandu Airport 3 hours before your flight time (30 mins drive from your hotel)
